Preparing for Progressive Greetings Live 2018

I can't believe it's finally here!

The last two months have whizzed by. Honestly! Where has the time gone?

I have been busy behind the scenes getting my stand together. I didn't realise how physically and mentally intense this whole process was going to be. Building a display for an exhibition is no mean task, I'll tell you that for free!

With a household of 5 to take care of and going back to my fulltime career, it's been a struggle trying to harmonize everything. But.... I've done it and on the 5th and 6th June, I will be exhibiting for the very first time at Progressive Live 2018 at the Business Design Centre in London.

As promised, here are a few pictures of the process

1. I purchased some MDF from B&Q to mount the card. I carefully used chalk to mark where I wanted the cards to go. I sought the help of my builder friend to drill holes into the board.

2. I used ATPWONZ 500pcs (250 pairs) 2cm Hook & Loop Self Adhesive Dots Tapes Coins White to adhere the cards onto the board. Each card has it's own envelop and I used Bostik Blu-tack Original Mastic Putty Adhesive Non-toxic Blue 60g Ref 801103 to stick the cards to their envelopes.

3. Once all the cards were in place, I attached Teenitor 8 Pcs Hanging Chains with Clip & Hook for Bird Feeders Planters Lanterns and Ornaments - 4 Pieces 35 Inch & 4 Pieces 13 Inch Replacement Set of Hanging Basket Metal Chains Silver to the drilled holes, which were used to hook the boards to the display stand.

Feeling really excited to be exhibiting at my first major trade show. I've done my best so now it's time to let God do the rest.

See you on the other side
